Actually, this is a good comparison to other countries. In Sri Lanka, we have a traditional food pattern because Sri Lanka is an agricultural-based country. So our main dishes are rice and curry. In addition to that, we have lots of traditional food types. Most of those are based on local ingredients, especially plant-based ingredients. Lots of foods have medicinal value. So, I think that we have a valuable, nutrition-rich food pattern compared to other instant foods and other Western countries' food patterns. I think that I am actually proud to be a Sri Lankan because we have different types of cooking methods, special secret cooking methods, to prepare dishes to protect the nutrition during the cooking process. So I think that it is marvelous.
