Why do some people find it difficult to make new friends as adults? Well, I think people in adulthood have limited opportunities to socialize with other people, whereas children have more opportunities to socialize with others. For example, they usually participate in outdoor activities such as sports and music classes. Another important thing that prevents adults from forming new friendships is trustworthiness and honesty. As an adult, you are more cautious in choosing someone as a friend. Personally, I prefer to choose someone as a friend who is honest.
