Well, from my perspective, more and more industries are replacing human workers with automation in their workplaces. I think this is negative, but on the other hand, it is really helpful. For example, on the one hand, replacing people's work with automation is negative because people can lose their jobs, but on the other hand, for hard jobs, automation can help to replace people in these kinds of roles.
