I do really think that we can affect people by promoting sustainability, consumption, and habits in modern society. And nowadays social media are the best way to convure people in changing their minds and habits. In my point of view, first of all, what we need to do doing everything step by step. Maybe sometimes we need to do something emotionally. For example, when we’re in social conversation, we need to use our little aggression and emotions to show people how their steps affect our mental health. our mental health and they think that oh we need to change something also I want to say that social media don’t need to use everything all they need to do it step-by-step and effective way to do it my aunt is do it indirect step-by-step step little by little, promote everything, show it in every day, in every routine, people need to listen the same thing and then their mind will change.
