Talking about the increasing popularity of online education, it might affect traditional universities in the future. Personally, I think it will surely have an impact because online education doesn't require attending in person, while traditional universities require being on-site. The difference between these two is how you interact with people. Online education may not be suitable for those who need human interaction, but traditional education requires being present, allowing for interaction among students. At the end of the day, the increasing popularity of online education will affect traditional universities for sure, and it might decrease enrollment in traditional universities.
