I don't have much knowledge on this because I have never maintained a daily routine for myself, but in my short experience, I can say that people who have maintained their daily routine usually include activities that are part of day-to-day life. For instance, brushing teeth, having lunch, or washing their clothes. There can be more activities that may or may not be included in this list, but these are the most common activities I have just mentioned.
