To be honest, I'm not the kind of person who would touch something that someone lost. For example, if I found a bag on the street, I wouldn't try to open it or look inside. First, I would try to find the owner. If I'm unable to find them, I would report it. If I'm with others, I would ask them to help me look for the owner. If we can't find the owner, I might open the bag to check for identification. This way, other people can witness the contents and we can help return the bag to its rightful owner. If the bag contains anything illegal or inappropriate, I would report it to the authorities.
