There are several benefits of living in a house. For example, one will not be disturbed by the neighbors. I live in a semi-detached house where my neighbors have kids, and they're consistently making noise. These activities sometimes become frustrating as I am always at my study table. Another advantage is that if you are making noise or something that creates sound, no one is there to complain to the police. So I guess these are two beneficial things about living in a house.
