I think living in a house gives you more privacy than an apartment. I have lived in both a house and an apartment, but I prefer houses more. It is because, as I mentioned, we have our own privacy, and we have more areas. For example, we have our own front porch and backyard. I think there is more space to enjoy than in apartments.
