I think it's a fantastic idea to reward schoolchildren by providing them with gifts for their good work. Firstly, when they receive any kind of award for doing good work, it motivates them to continue doing that kind of work regularly. Secondly, it fosters a sense of innovation and self-respect, encouraging them to become more involved in social work. This, in turn, creates a good society where other people are also motivated to participate in volunteering work to help others. Finally, by motivating them to do this kind of fantastic work throughout their lives, we can build a better nation. A recent study demonstrated that young people who are awarded by their school authorities are more likely to engage in this kind of work than those who are not rewarded.
