My name is Ashlton, but you can call me Ash. I was developed in Gujarat, which is a small city in Pakistan. My hometown is a very beautiful place. I was born here and it's also known as the heart of Pakistan. It has all the facilities you'd find in a big city. You can get everything you need here. The best thing about it is that it's always active. Even at night, there's no silence in the city. It's a very good city.

Pronunciation

6.5

Your pronunciation is above average. However, you may find complexity in certain words challenging. Regular practice should aid in improvement.

Task Response

You answered all the questions, but you could have provided more details about your hometown. For example, you could have mentioned some of the things you like to do there or some of the interesting places to visit. You could also have expanded on why you think it's known as the 'heart of Pakistan.' The response could be expanded as it currently feels quite brief.

Fluency & Coherence

You spoke fluently with only a few minor hesitations. Your answer was well-organized, but you could have used more cohesive devices to connect your ideas. For example, you could have used phrases like 'in addition' or 'on the other hand' to show the relationship between your ideas.

Lexical Resource

You used a good range of vocabulary, but you could have used more specific and descriptive words. For example, instead of saying 'it's a very good city,' you could have said 'it's a vibrant and exciting city.'

Grammatical Range & Accuracy

You made a few grammatical errors, such as 'My dev' and 'the best thing about that day.' You also used some informal language, such as 'aa' and 'it is active all the time.' Try to use more formal language in your IELTS speaking test.
