I love cooked meals. I prefer to stay home and cook whatever I like eating on that day. I try to maintain a healthy diet by cutting down on sugar and eating more vegetables. So instead of going out and having roasted foods, I go to the supermarket or a convenience store to buy fresh food and then go home and cook for myself. I find it truly fulfilling to prepare meals for myself.
