Band 7+: What kind of music do you enjoy listening to, and why do you like it?

Your pronunciation is quite good. Working on consistency and tackling difficult sounds may enhance clarity.

This is a good start to answering the question. Consider expanding on the 'different aesthetics and meanings' to provide more specific examples. Adding a personal anecdote about a favorite song or artist would further enhance the response.

The answer is coherent and easy to follow. Minor improvements could be made by using more sophisticated linking words and phrases to enhance the flow of ideas. The slight repetition of "really" could be avoided.

The vocabulary is adequate and appropriate for the topic. More precise and sophisticated vocabulary could be used to describe the different aspects of pop music. For example, instead of 'aesthetics,' you could use words like 'styles,' 'sounds,' or 'themes.'

The grammar is mostly accurate. The phrase 'variety of artists, songs' could be improved to 'variety of artists and songs' for better parallelism. The sentence 'And they all have different aesthetics and meaning to their song' could be improved to 'And they all have different aesthetics and meanings in their songs' for better grammatical accuracy and naturalness.
