Band 6+: What kind of transportation do you usually take to go to work or school?

Your pronunciation is above average. However, you may find complexity in certain words challenging. Regular practice should aid in improvement.

The response directly addresses the question by explaining the usual mode of transportation (bus) and providing a secondary option (taxi) for when late. It includes relevant context about living in a boarding house and not having a car, which adds depth. The answer is natural and coherent. To achieve a higher score, consider elaborating slightly more on the experience or reasons behind the choices, such as the frequency or convenience of each mode.

The answer is generally coherent and addresses the question, but there are noticeable hesitations and self-corrections (e.g., 'between working home' instead of 'getting to work'). The use of cohesive devices is basic ('Well', 'since', 'Sometimes when'). To improve, practice speaking more smoothly and reduce self-correction by planning your sentences before speaking.

Vocabulary is adequate for the topic but limited. There is an error with 'broad' instead of 'boarding house', and 'depend on between working home' is unclear. Try to expand your vocabulary related to transportation and daily routines, and use more precise terms (e.g., 'public transport', 'commute'). Boost vocabulary complexity to elevate the overall score.

There are grammatical errors, such as 'since I'm living' (present continuous instead of present simple for a permanent situation) and the incorrect phrase 'depend on between working home'. The sentence structure is mostly simple. To improve, review basic grammar rules and practice constructing more complex sentences accurately.
