Neglecting how eating habits can be a threat to human life is concerning. This can be proven by many food items like sodas, burgers, and pizzas, which fall into the junk food category. Due to their high sugar concentration as well as high carbohydrate content, it makes it harder for the human body to digest them. This can also lead to many physiological problems, like an increase in bad cholesterol, which is definitely a root cause of the diseases people are facing today, such as heart attacks and panic attacks. So yes, I do consider foods that are high in sugars and carbohydrates to be generally unhealthy. To be more specific, the older generation tends to consume these foods in today's modernized world, and they are a significant factor in the prevalence of these unhealthy food items that should be eliminated.
