Public libraries are usually used by students and someone who wants to read. So, besides the books, digital resources are essential for the readers, because there are some books that are not available in some countries and public libraries should have these digital sources for them to read in digital form or online sources. Moreover, the readers can also get other sources which can be the writer's, book writer's opinions and his overview about his book. So the public libraries have a significant role in providing digital resources for the readers.
