Teachers are like gods for students. Students have many things to learn from their teachers. The main role of a good teacher is their teaching ability. However, teaching skill alone does not define a teacher as good or bad, as there are other criteria, including class management. The teacher should be able to control the crowd and the noise in the classroom. Similarly, the teacher should deliver knowledge in a proper manner. He or she shouldn't be biased towards students and should not practice discrimination in the classroom. Teachers should also learn from students who excel in certain aspects. These are the criteria that teachers should have in the classroom.

Teachers are the God for students. Students have many things to learn from the teacher. The main role of a good teacher is their teaching ability. But only a teaching skill defines the teacher as a good or a bad teacher because there are other criteria also including class management. The teacher should be able to control the crowd, the noise in the classroom. Similarly, teacher should deliver everything, every knowledge in proper manner. He or she shouldn’t bias students. He shouldn’t practice discrimination in the classroom. Teachers should also take knowledge from the students who are better in one aspect than him. So these are the criteria that teachers should have in the classroom.
