I personally believe greatness should be equated to a deep-rooted passion rather than money for a great chef. Apart from mastering the essential culinary skills, they need to be quite adaptive as the number of cuisines has started evolving. Also, time management is a very essential factor because as a chef, you need to attend to so many people who are visiting your kitchen.
