There are different types of prizes that kids receive from school. For example, I used to study in a public school, and if I got really good marks in math, science, chemistry, or even philosophy, they would give me a medal recognizing my good effort and my knowledge, like the score I was getting. I also remember that they would give you free food or events. I remember that once my friend got a high school scholarship to study later on at the university she wanted, just because she achieved a really good score in her national exam. So there are different types; it all depends on the school, of course. But it's a really good system because it encourages kids to put in more effort and to dedicate their time to their studies.

There are different types of prizes that kids receive from the school.
