In my country, jewelry is an expensive gift that people give to each other. It is given on special occasions such as marriages, celebrations, and birthdays. If people have enough money to afford this purchase, for example, if your partner wants to get married, he or she can give you a ring as a gift, and it can cost a significant amount of money. For example, when you turn 18, your parents or other relatives give you something made of gold as a birthday gift. No, I haven't given jewelry to someone as a gift because, as I said, it costs a lot. It's quite expensive in my country to buy high-quality jewelry. If the jewelry is gold or silver, you will spend a considerable amount of money. If it's just jewelry that doesn't consist of valuable stones or metals, you can give it to a person, but the gift is not as special. That's why I don't give such presents to them.
