People display only their best moments, creating unrealistic life for yourselves. And we often don’t pay attention, take our mental health for granted until we face numerous challenges in our life. Something else that I need to say is lack of confidence, lack of support so that individuals don’t show a sense of confidence to their immediate circle. As a consequence, many people suffer from isolation and lack of support. Lack of supportive environment, both at home and in communities, don’t allow to bolster confidence. Another important thing is that job insecurity may lead to anxiety about the future. That is the most crucial and other point for lack of self-confidence.
