They can be very scouse for this manner of people. One of them, the lack of ability to empathize with people around them, is one of the greatest reasons, I think. Those people who disturb others, of course, would feel the same feelings as the people feel against them, but they fail to recognize their disruptive behavior as they are not in the same situation as those around them. And as they have little empathy, they cannot imagine themselves in the place of the people around them.
