Many people are drawn to starting their own businesses for a variety of reasons. One key motivator is the desire for independence, the freedom to build a company according to their own vision and values. Another significant factor is the potential for greater financial rewards. While not guaranteed, owning a business can offer the opportunity to earn more than working as an employee. This is often driven by the ability to directly benefit from the success of the company.

Well, I would say the first reason of running your own businesses, uh, being independent and develop your company in a way that only you can imagine and see. The other reason that is, might be more in benefit. Someone who own his own company can ear bigger money than some employee is a company. It’s not a practical rule, but it happens really often.
