Well that’s an interesting question. It would actually depend on whether I’m an introvert or an extrovert. So being an extrovert, having tennis with friends would be quite great because that means that I can have time to socialize with my friends as well as get in my fitness time. That would be the advantages. Disadvantages on the other hand would be that it would only target certain body areas areas and I would be in one position at a time as opposed to having much an intense training or intense motion. On the other hand, cycling on my own would be an advantage because that means that I can have less time to socialize, focus on my fitness alone and I’m actually moving so I’m more mobile and I’m not just stagnant like playing table tennis or playing tennis And then also on the other hand, the disadvantages would be that I would have less social time that might be a little bit discouraging to just train on my own and that might also demotivate me. So all in all, I would say I would rather prefer playing tennis with my friends, be seeing that I can have time to socialize, which would actually help with my mental health while getting in some fitness, moving around on the tennis court, albeit table tennis, and that’s what I would prefer.
