The bar charts illustrate the rates of men and women with getting the driving license between 1976 to 2006. Other while, second chart shows the rate of young drivers between 17 to 20 years old.

Overall, Males got the driving license showed the upward trend in 1976 to 2006. While, Females are the same upward trend begin and end over the period. The rates of young drivers Males and females are downward trend compared to 1996 and 2006.

Regarding the driving license in total, males got the 70% rate in 1976 compared to females are got 30% half on the males get. In 1981 simillar results are males and females showed the gradually increase compared to 1976. This chart significant increase the over the period males and females. In 2000 and 2006, males showed rates close to 80% and excat 80% and females showed close to 60% and excate 60% in respectively.

In terms of rates of young drivers, male showed up 50% in 1996 between 17-20 years old and females are 30% in same year. In 2006, gradually decrease compared to previous year, males showed up to 45% and females showed 20%.
