Dear Ramachandra,

How are you doing? My vacation is going well. This place is filled with beautiful landscapes and peaceful riverbeds. I am overwhelmed with its beauty.

I am writing this letter to give you my temporary contact details of mine during this vacation. I am staying in a hotel, in the centre of the city. You can reach out to me on +91 234567980, whenever it is necessary.

I hope Raju, my pet, is not bothering you much. Please feed him twice a day with the dog food I have provided, he likes it very much. He likes to be groomed daily, but you can bath him twice a week at your free time. Last but not least do not lock him while sleeping, he does not likes it.

I am giving you more burden during my vacation. Please help to do the lawn when it is over grown and also keep the empty garbage bins inside the garage, which were left by me for the garbage day. In addition to that there will be an important letter that delivers from the bank, I have instructed the delivery team to hand it over to you. Make sure to sign the delivery acknowledge.
