Dear madam,

I am Maya, B.A. literature graduate and currently pursuing my master in history at Alagappa university. Recently, I came across your advert in a newspaper, in search of volunteer for part-time. I am fascinated to work as an unsalaried employee in your museum.

As I am documenting my thesis for my post graduate, it aids me to gather additional information which will be added up as my supporting documents. I have worked in various historical centers, in order to fetch information about the history of kings and kingdom.

The knowledge which I acquired from numerous sites, and also fluent in different languages which helps in explaining the visitors in accordance with their own languages. I am well-versed in guiding huge population during rush hours. I will be available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday between 4 pm to 8 pm.
