Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my willingness to take part in a voluntary job in Tatar National museum. I am delighted to notify you that this building is located directly opposite my University, that means it will takes me only ten minutes to get to the working place after my classes will be finished.

Besides, I would like to inform you about my previous volunteering activites. I have been working as a translator with our well-known tour city guide for two years on a free basis and it is contributed a lot in enhancing my English language skills. My priority is to focus on making my future career connected with tourism, that is why gaining experience in such a famous place will assist me to acquire essential knowledges. Moreover, my highly communication abilities will be more than useful in the guest service department of the museum.

As for my schedule, I wish I could be available daily, but I am afraid this is not possible due to my studies. However, it will suits me to start on Monday 21st and keep on coming three times a week from 4 until 8 pm. Please, do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
