I am Kalyani BA currently pursuing my MA at Delhi University. I am writing this letter regarding the advertisement that you put on daily, stating the museum is looking for temporary volunteer, and I am writing to express my interest to the position.

As I am documenting my thesis for my post graduate, and I think volunteering at the museum can help me to collect relevant resources to use in my thesis. Meanwhile, I am interested in local culture, and it will be a good opportunity to learn more about local history.

In addition, I, gathered sufficient knowledge from my university studies; hence, I know the background information of most works very well. Also, I am fluent in different languages, which helps in explaining to the visitors in accordance with their own languages.

Currently I have to prepare for my final exams. So, I will be available during the summer holidays. Therefore, I can start on any date in June at your convenience.
