I am writing this letter regarding the submission of my application to volunteer as a part-time for the museum. I am well aware that the volunteering will be unpaid and am ready to perform my duties without any selfish motive.

Primary reason why I want to volunteer is due to my keen interest in arts and antiques. Additionally, I have organized and managed minor exhibitions at my University during my Bachelor’s which would be an asset for this unpaid position.

I believe that my previous experience in volunteering and managing several minor projects would come in handy such as I can be a tour guide describing naive people the real meaning of art they are interested in. Consequently, my communication skills would really make an immense impact due to my familiarity about common problems major individuals face during their first visit.

Currently, I am enrolled as a full-time Master’s student I have all my classes during week days. As a consequence, I will be available to on weekends and for the entire day if there is a demand to do so.

Thank you for taking your valuable time to read my application and I hope to listen back from you for expertising my knowledge and interest in arts which was previously on intermediate level.

Yours faithfully,

Vraj Patel
