Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Ali Ammar, and I reside in the town close to your museum. I am writing this letter because I have heard about your need for voluntary workers, and I want to apply for a part-time work.

First of all, I have always dreamed to work for this local museum as this has always been a symbol of our history and our culture; as a consequence, volunteering for it will make me more proud of my own culture.

I am a veterinarian, who deals with animals on a daily basis although I work in a team. Therefore, I will not struggle to interact with other work colleagues or to organize daily tasks because I am accustomed with this routine at my clinic. Moreover, I work at my clinic in the morning; as a result, I can do unpaid work at the museum in the evening or during the weekends.
