Dear director of museum

my purpose of writing you letter of museum need volunteer who will work with unpaid. I always attract to museum and my hobby is spent time in museum because museum give lots of knowledge and EnvirOmint is too good for learning history. I saw your advertisement in new paper. I am happy to work with you as volunteer unpaid job.

I will manage staff or people who will come in museum and take care every equipment and i will take responsibility for cleaning EnvirOmint. I will check data entry and manage waiting area who they want to ticket and maintain discipline for good EnvirOmint and create good image for museum.

Recently I completed my graduation and now I am free I will give you my best time for museum. I wake up early in the morning and I go to gym then I am free. I will give time morning to afternoon. I am happy to work with your organization please select to me as a volunteer
