Dear Professor Simons,

I hope this message finds you well. I am Mariya C. J., a senior in the professional psychology course. I am writing this letter to request a reschedule of my thesis presentation dates.

This month, I need to travel to Spain because of my sister’s wedding. Her wedding is scheduled for December 15. Due to this matter, I am unable to present my thesis project this month.

If you could check my past records since my first day, I am pretty sure that you will get a good impression of me. I have 100% attendance, and I was the university topper in previous years.
