Dear Professor Simons,

I hope this message finds you well. I am Mariya C. J., a senior in the professional psychology course. I am writing this letter to requesting to you for rescheduling my thesis presentation dates.

In this month, I need to travel to Spain because of my sister’s marriage. Her marriage has fixed on December 15. Due to this matter, I am unable to presenting my thesis project in this month.

If you could check on my past records since my first day, I am pretty sure that you get a quiet impress on me. I have 100 % of attendance and I am the university topper of previous years.
