Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about the noise caused by a construction which is near to my home.

The construction site belongs to ABC company. The project is developing a new sky-scrapper of sixty-stores high including some residential apartments. The construction site boundaries are the Sun River to the north, the state children’s hospital to the south and residential areas to both west and east. My home is located on the east side.

The main issue causing the noise is the entrance located on the east side, causing a disruption on my sleep and affecting my health. This entrance is used by heavy machinery, including dump trucks. The time choose to delivery materials is after 7pm causing a high level of noise when the trucks started their engines and unload their cargo.

I have noticed that the construction site has other gates, for example, one near to the north side where the Sun River is. I would like to request to consider either change delivery times or use a different gate such as the one on the north side of the construction site.

I hope this situation can be resolved as soon as possible. I know this development it is important to the community economy, but it should not impact our health.
