Dear sir/ Madam,

I am writing to inform you regarding challenges I am facing right now due to construction in front of my house. Actually, city is changing the sewage system in our avenue in order to amerliorate the flow of water. Unfortunately, construction is taking place in the night time to get rid from traffic during , noise of tools such as Hilty disturb me alot.

Given that, at the same time I need to focus on my pending office work. This circumstance not only distract me from my task but also disturb my family’s peace. I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide optimal solution such as either change the construction time in morning or afternoon. This will ensure, I can focus on my work and enjoy good sleep.

I trust you address this matter with urgency and seriousness. Your prompt attention to rectifying this issue will be appreciated. Thank you
