Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to confirm my date of joining as volunteer at a local animal rescue centre. I am incredibly happy to hear from you.

Currently I am out of city so I will join rescue centre on 15th next month. I usually free in weekdays during morning. I prefer morning and could start around 8 a.m. if that time is suitable to you. Otherwise, I can manage my schedule according to available time slots.

I vaguely remember that my father took me to animal centre when I was young, and I played and cared those animals. Particularly, I do not have any experience with animals, but I hope I will learn a lot as volunteer.

I would like to ask if there any pre-requisite before joining as volunteer or training will be provided on site. In addition, do I need any purchase any specific equipment or they are provided by centre. Please let me know before my joining so I could manage and arrange things before joining.
