Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring this to your attention about the file which I forgot in the cinema hall last week. However, when I reached home I realized that I had left my important file which contain important documents of my company in the building.

I visited your cineplex on 23th July to watch Spiderman movie and my show was scheduled at 3PM. I think I might left it in the cloak room or on the seat where I was sitting. I believe due to the dark room, I forgot to take it with me at the end.

I would appreciate if you would check these places and confirm with the lost and found department. If the folder has been located please keep it safely with you and inform me at the earliest. I will arrange someone to pick up or alternatively I will come in person if it is required.
