Dear Mike,

I’d like to invite you to the farewell dinner for your ex collegue Josh. He is moving to Ireland because there they offer him the same job but for double the salary. So, we are planning a dinner at the local restaurant to wish him good luck and say goodbye. It will take place next Saturday at 7 p.m., so if you can be there around half past six it would be fantastic. We want to make him a surprise, so don’t tell anyone because I’m afraid that they can spoil the plan! By the way, all of his old colleagues will be there, so they are all already informed. If you want to contribute to the evening, you can join us in the crowfunding to pay Josh’s debt here in London. Please don’t bring any food, there will be plenty at the restaurant.
