Dear Sir,

I am writing to complain about the noise from the construction of my immediate neighbor’s home which is disturbing my routine.

My neighbor had demolished his old house and constructing a new three-storey house for past 4 months. Although, the housing law prohibits construction after 6 in the evening, my neighbor continues to build till late at night.

Since these late night construction brings adverse effect on my family’s health and development. I have a new-born baby at my home who frightens when she hears a loud noise due to hammering and concrete mixing.

So, I would like to bring to your attention to advise or educate the construction workers and my neighbor to avoid late night construction. Also, I request you to provide a warning either through mail or phone to the owner of the building.

I am looking forward to resolve this situation before it becomes nuisance to other people in the community.
