Dear Andrew,

How are you doing? I hope this letter finds you well. I’m writing to let you know that I am planning a weekend getaway with few friends and I’wll like you to join us.

This holiday getaway will be at the Macarthy Beach house in Abraka, Delta State. Initially, I wanted us to travel to Lagos Barbeach, but when I came across this one in Abraka on social media, I scrolled through their page and it was more affordable plus there were different activities to engage in such as skydiving, boatcruise, mountain climb and other games.

We will be leaving by bus in group on the 12th of October, and everyone is to pay a total sum of ten thousand naira for transport. The trip will last for a week; I have sorted out the accomodation so you don’t have to worry about that.

I would appreciate it if everyone could add some snacks to their luggage because, I heard their meals are quite expensive, so we can skip some meals. Please let me know on time if you will be joining us. Extend my regards to mumsy.
