Hi Sara!
Glad to write you again! Congratulating you in case of getting in the university! I hope that you doing well. I must admit that your question is quite complex to find put the best decision but I’ll try to help you!
If i were in your shoes I would ask for a laptop because it’s the most important thing in process of finding information. You can take it everywhere and it won’t take much place in your ransack. Also it is easier to type on it and it has more powerful battery rather than tablet. It’s important to figure out that it cost the same, but will be working better! I know that you have some problems with your vision, so bigger display can help in this situation. Take into account that you can use laptop like a work tool. My brother Frenkie is working online and have around five thousand dollars per month sitting at home and typing a code for 2-4 hours. And you also can find something in IT sphere!
Moreover tablets are quite hard at using. You need to buy some extra tools to make your work easier, but with laptop you need to buy only a computer mouse which cost around 5-7 dollars!
I hope that I help you in this decision, and you will choose the right one!
Wish you luck!
Your Sally
