Dear Billie Eilish concert organizer,

I am writing to you to complain about the organization of a recent concert, which was scheduled for the 17th of January, 2026 in London. I had already booked the tickets for this event and a return flight to London.

Unfortunately, the concert was cancelled. Although I was informed that I would get a refund for the concert tickets, I would not receive any money for hotel bookings or flights. This has caused me inconvenience because I have spent a great amount of money on this trip.

I would be grateful if you could reconsider this decision and offer a partial refund for the flight or some compensation for this inconvenience, which could cover the cost of my hotel booking.

Please let me know as soon as possible.
