Dear Mr. Mark,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to follow up on your kind suggestion that I contact you for a job opportunity at one of your restaurants in the United States of America.

We met on 3rd October 2026 on a flight to JFK airport. I was traveling to New York City, where we were seated next to each other during our flight. We had a pleasant conversation throughout our journey where you told me about your restaurant chain and how you got successful.

I remember vividly that you asked me to work at one of the restaurants located in Manhattan, New York. You offered me to look after restaurant’s social media account. However, I am really interested in the managerial position at your restaurant because it is currently vacant and my background is related to it.

I hold a master’s degree in hospitality management and I have an experience, working as a manager at a local restaurant in my hometown. Therefore, I believe that I am the perfect candidate for this position due to my qualifications and experience.
