In general, employees in London receive the highest average salary among the other towns, and also the most data collected than any other place shown. While the least amount of received wages are the workers from Birmingham. The chart also indicates the lowest sample gathered are from Cambridge.
As we can see, London workers obtain the highest salary averaged at £33,634. No other cities acquired an average salary of more than £30,000. Cambridge comes second, with a little less than that. Bristol and Edinburgh are almost equal with a little over £27,500. The other three cities being the lowest are Glasgow, Manchester, and Birmingham. The average salaries of these three cities varies between £25,500 to £26,500.
In terms of gathered samples, the amount of workers of London participating in the survey is far higher by magnitude compared to the other cities, 50,951 respondents from London contribute to the survey. Meanwhile, the total of respondents from each of the other cities on the graph varies, ranging from 2,000 to a little over 4,000 participants.
