The graph illustrate us the consumption of 3 Types of Spreads from 1981 to 2007. At the beginning the butter is at peak level in 1981 and margarine is around 90 Grams in 1981.
After five years there is a slight increase in the Grams of Butter but at the same time Margarine is facing the little decline. Meanwhile some shocking fluctuation is happen and in 1991 the both speard is connecting each other at 100 Grams. Suddenly in 1996 one more spread is come in the Market and within few years its acheive the same level which other is acheiving in 2001. In 2007 the spreads start in past facing the decline stage but Low Fat reduced spreads is growing.
In conclusion we can see the fluctuaion in all spread start from 1981 to 2007. Now the demand of Newly invented spread is more than the others spreads.
