The given bar graph illustrates the number of international students studying in Australia, USA, UK and Canada. Statistics was recorded from 2000 to 2020 with 5- year periods. The numbers measured in thousands.
There is one general trend, by which the numbers of non citizen students was rise. The graph do not show dramatical increase between periods, but when looking to all picture there was recorded essential raises.
In 2000, the majority of non-citizen students studying in Canada, more than 200 thousands, and until 2020 Canada remain the majority of students with approximately 320 thousands. In all periods, UK was remain his second place with 200 thousands in start and nearly 310 thousands in the end.
In the start of first period USA had nearly 170000 international students and increasing prosess continued slightly until 2020. In 2020 in USA was marked approximately 270000 international students. Australia’s biggest increase period was 2000-2005 approximately from 160 thousands to 210; however after this period there was only slight increases, and in the last period in Australia was recorded 260000 international students.
