Dear Mathhew,

How are you? I’m writing this letter to tell you about an event that me, and some other classmates are planning for our upcoming tenth anniversary from college. Can you believe it’s already been ten years?

We’ve decided to centre the celebration around a dark futuristc theme; a dystopia where robots have taken over the world. Although, we initially planned on a country-type theme, the majority of the students ultimately agreed that robots were much more exciting.

Consequently, we will need a lot of resources in order to make this anniversary event as special as it can be; this includes things like costumes, food, drinks, and a suitable location. Since you own an event planning organization; it would be really helpful if you could assist us in this accord. I really hope it isn’t too bothersome, and the others and I are always here if you are in need of any assistance.

I hope we can get a chance to talk properly at the party.
