Dear Tom,

I hope you are doing well.

I would like to invite you to the celemony of ten years working anniversary that will take place on 25th of November at Alfa Palace Hotel.

In fact, since we finish University,we did not see each other,Then I have decided to organise this social event so that we can meet again as colleagues .Moreover, it will be the opportunity to thank almight God that I have been hired easily at the engineering company where I still work till now.In addition, I will need your support in those preparations. Alice and James will follow up the decoration then Janet will welcoming the people at the event, after that, you will serve drinks and food.

Briefly,I want that event to be well organised and memorable,please do not plan to miss. If you have some urgent matters on that day,Ihope you will postpone them ,so that you can come enjoy the joyfull moments with me.
