Dear George,

How are you? It’s been ages since I last saw you. I’m writing to inform you of my plan to organize a reunion for our classmates from school as it’s been a decade since we graduated.

To achieve this, I plan to organize a 5-hour event of games, ‘meet-n-greet’, casual talk and dinner. A weekend during summer should be perfect for this, so I’m thinking of the last Saturday in July. This event will come handy this time, as we can get to catch up, reminisce about old times, possibly rekindle old flames, if you understand what I mean, and finally see how everyone is doing.

Furthermore, in reconnecting, we could link up people who need help with others who can provide them. I have a venue in mind and I’ve made enquiries about its availability and cost, so there shouldn’t be a problem in sorting this out. However, I’m still looking out for someone to anchor the casual talk, games. So, if you know anyone who can handle them, kindly send them my way. I look forward to seeing you at the reunion party and say me well to Anna.
